Collector Spotlight! PANZERWERK!
Steve Hoeger was recently nominated and voted "Best Joe" in the Sixth Scale Awards conducted by JWO. As we began looking around the hobby for collectors to spotlight, it seemed only natural that Steve be one of the first collectors to be interviewed!
