There may be financial trouble afoot for a leading producer of Film and Fantasy related Action Figures. A recent lawsuit judgement against McFarlane has caused the company to file for Chapter 11 protection in Bankruptcy court.

This company has recently given us 1:6 scale, lightly articulated statues of Terminator, Predator, and Alien figures.

Some details are available on the following Yahoo News page.
